A reconstructed 2600 square foot Apartment with an open plan that turns 7 rooms into a 9 rooms (including an additional Bedroom, a extra full bath and a connecting family/media room.) The family's inherited 19th Century furnishings were incorporated into a mixed contemporary design while preserving the deco style of the landmarked building.
