CENTRAL PARK WEST TOWER

The project was to combine two CPW apartments into a full floor penthouse with private elevator lobby and a new 10 room layout with 5 bedrooms and baths. An invisible central air conditioning system was seamlessly integrated into a pre-war landmarked building.
